ROOTS – a knowledge of belonging, and WINGS – a recognition of the need for autonomy; these together are what people need to become productive, well-functioning and happy.
Ok ... If you have been studying the KNOW SELF NOW MEDITATION CULTIVATION SOLUTION ... Begin by Concentration or doing the meditative deep breath technique and then Relaxation techniques and then visualize the following:
Within the view of the eyes of the creator.
A hand reaches out and draws a line in the sand.
Forming the boundaries of a new awakening.
This hapless drawn line defines the present, separating our pasts from our futures.
It demands us to move forward, to continue along our self-directed paths.
This planet bespeaks a lie in regard to time.
Past...Present...Future
This false reality captures our attention.
We are entrapped by these questions.
When? Where? How?
Pushed forever forward, wondering what comes next?
Continually, we forget the Now.
So, just for today...
Forget your goals.
Forget your desires.
Forget your questioning mind.
Get in touch with your very being.
Feel your physical body.
Breathe in.....breathe out
Breathe in.....breathe out
Breathe in.....breathe out
Focus on your feet.
Imagine your feet growing roots into the Earth.
Deep...
deep...deeper roots.
Notice your ankles.
Feel the blood pumping through the veins in your legs.
Feel your buttocks planted firmly in the chair.
Relax.
Relax your breathing.
Listen to the constant pulse of your heartbeat.
Releasing any tension in your back.
Allow your torso to slump slightly.
Place yourself into a relaxed position.
Perhaps moving your shoulders slightly forward.
Allow your head to wobble gently from side to side.
Tip your head first to the right, then tip it to the left.
Drop your chin to your chest.
Allow your head to slowly bob up and down.
Lift your head now.
Focus on your eyelids.
Keeping your eyes shut, notice the movements of your eyeballs.
Are they still? Are they moving fast or fluttering slightly?
Don't force them to be any certain way.
Just let them be as they are.
Imagine yourself being encased inside an egg shell.
You are the embryo of a baby eagle.
You are the combination of matter and energy.
Blood, flesh, membranes, bones, sensations, instincts.
Within the confines of this secure place, immersed in the warmth of living fluids, you find safety and comfort.
Surrounded by the protective walls of this hardened shell.
You feel isolated, separate, alone.
Gradually, you allow yourself to move within these confining walls.
Stretching, growing, expanding.
There is a gentle cracking, the pool of fluids that has been your home, are oozing to the outside of your shell.
Your limbs feel the cool sea air seeping through the cracks, exposing you to unknown elements.
Expanding your wings, you crack the egg open slightly more.
Your wet feathers begin to dry to a dampened fluff.
Stepping outside the broken pieces that had once guarded you from harm.
It is time for you to co-create your life.
Your eyes flutter open to envision this Earth.
This planet is your newly chosen home.
Depart from the eagle's nest that sits high on the cliff.
Take flight to the clouds.
View the vibrant Red of the Earth clay in its mountains below.
Don't shield your eyes from the brilliant Orange Sun and it's gleaming Yellow rays.
Breathe in the abundance of this Earth's Green fields and magnificent forests.
Emerge yourself within the depths of the bright Blue morning sky and embrace its Indigo starry nights.
Allow yourself to be open to the Violet-Red rays that penetrate the planet's orb from beyond.
Focus on the White light above the crown of your head, projecting your very being in its direction.
Now......tell this light your inner-most desires.

KNOW SELF NOW aka KSN aka Kissin
I figure the best way to start this blog dialogue would be to introduce some kissing.
Know Self Now
= "KSN" (pronounced: kissing)
The act of stimulating or any stimulating event; acts to arouse action.
KSN is about how we see our innermost or essential selves. KSN means to give in to understanding. KSN is to become thoroughly acquainted with Self through study and direct experience. KSN is having or fostering a warm or friendly atmosphere within, indicating knowledge of such personal details that only a close confidant could have. Know Self Now
KSN is an affirmation of self intimacy. KSN is a spiritual reality and it is a gentle process. The process begins with a willingness to clean out the heart and open the mind. The result of self caressing is awareness, alignment, and harmony within the being. When there is alignment within the self, the wealth of life is at your disposal. Know Self Now
Life is a stimulating spiritual process where the un-seen become seen, where the unknown becomes known. The creative force of life that exit within our being, unfolds with time according to conscious acknowledgment of its presence. Know Self Now
We are Spiritual Beings having a human experience. The fact that we are Spiritual Beings having a human experience makes us a dual being: spiritual and physical in a universe were we are permanent as well as transient. From the standpoint of essence, we are permanent. From the stand point of form, we are transient. Know Self Now
As we mature with our KSN we become increasingly aware of the delicate nature between the qualities: substance and change. Substance is essence and is by nature permanent. Change is form, that which revolves or alters around the essence, and is by nature transient. We see in the same moment both the essence and form. We experience both the flower in bloom and its changing elements. Know Self Now
Inner conflict occurs when the physical self battles the essential spiritual Self. These selves can be referred to as the Acquired Self and the True Self. The inner voices we hear arise from these two selves. The Acquired Self is composed of many parts and voices which is why we experience self-talk such as when Part of me wants to do this and part of me wants to do that
The Acquired Self or physical component has many names: It is characterized by many limitations, false and erroneous beliefs, negative emotions such as fear with no basis in reality, anger that is way beyond what would be appropriate for a given situation, or anxiety about things over which we have no control.
The Acquired Self is an energetic part of our self that has separated from the True Self and our Higher Power. It has character defects and operates through unconscious negative thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations based on programming from the past that doesn't work. The Acquired Self is apart of the subconscious mind, and it can not distinguish the real and the unreal.
The True Self is the essence of who we are. It is composed of spiritual substance, and thus never dies; yet it is housed in the physical body. It has been called many name, however, for this blog discussion we will simply say True Self. What is important is that it exhibits character strengths and exercises conscious choice.
Our personal truth originates here. When we filter our perception and structure our actions through spiritual eyes, coming from this truth, ALL areas of our lives begin to shift. We can then target and work toward specific goals based on this truth. We no longer are working against our Self. Action steps become easier because we are flowing with life using strategies that are harmonious and congruent.
The True Self has unlimited capabilities and is characterized by attributes such as love, inner peace, joy, wisdom, integrity, faith, abundance, power, etc. It is always vibrating to the force of love: the love of the Creator of All, Self, and Neighbor. The True Self is connected with the Higher Power, Universal Intelligence, The Creator. We need our True Self to bring order to the disordered chaos of the subconscious mind created by the false self. Know Self Now Meditation Technique provides the know how for utilizing the True Self to heal the false self and eliminate their inner conflict.
We meditate and we observe. We silence our minds and we observe. We observe our own thoughts, but these internal observations are not like ordinary perceptual observations in that nothing mediates between the observational state and that which is observed. We are relaxed and we are observing our thoughts. This is how we Know Self Now.

Meditation is easy
Always remember - meditation is easy!
It is the art of focusing our attention on one thing. In day-to-day life it is natural to find our thoughts racing from one thing to another in ceaseless circles. This constant unfocused activity becomes very draining, to a point where we need to seek a quiet place, a refuge, a place with some stillness and solitude away from activity. Meditation can enable us to do this. It helps to make us calmer, more relaxed and relieves tension. It can also enable us to discover inner levels of ourselves when we progress to more advanced meditation.
Observing the breath is a simple yet powerful form of meditation. This is where the foundations for meditation lie, and breath meditation is a useful tool, which can be a starting point for progressing to finer and deeper meditation techniques.
Try to set a time aside a regular time once or twice each day. This is going to be your time and the world can wait, it has already had your attention for 23 hours so look at your meditation as a special and important part of your day. Ensure you will not be disturbed e.g. take the phone off the hook.
Remember that you can only experience the benefits of meditation for yourself so we are trying to build in meditation as a regular part of your day. Cultivate a good habit for a change!
In a quiet room, sit comfortably. Many people can be put off meditation because they think they need to sit in an uncomfortable position to progress. What is required if possible is a straight back and this can be achieved by either sitting cross-legged on the floor with your back supported by the wall or end of the bed or even by sitting in a supportive chair.
Dont be afraid to have cushions or pillows to sit on and to support your back, knees and ankles if you need them. When you are properly supported then less attention will be paid to an aching limb or back and the easier and it will be easier to have deeper and more pleasurable meditations.
When you are sitting comfortably take a few deep and slow breaths, each time you exhale notice how you are starting to become more relaxed.
Gently close your eyes and gradually become aware of your breathing. As you become aware of the gentle rise and fall of your abdomen start taking a longer breath and begin counting slowly to yourself 1 2 3 4 as you inhale through your nose. Hold this breath for another count of four then slowly exhale through the mouth for another count of four. Make sure you fully exhale and gently pull in your abdomen at the end of this count. This will help to naturally give the space to breathe in for the next count of four.
Try to find a gentle rhythm that is comfortable and not a strain to maintain. You can rest the palm of your hand across your abdomen to prevent shallow upper chest breathing. This helps to get oxygen more deeply into your body, which brings more benefits and more relaxation.
Dont hold the breath with empty lungs.
Repeat this count of four for 5-10 minutes breathing in to count 1 2 3 4 hold for 1 2 3 4 and exhale for 1 2 3 4 keeping your attention focused on your breathing with relaxed awareness.
To start with 5 minutes might seem a long time and this is quite natural. Meditation is a skill and like any skill needs practice. There will be good days and not quite as good days frustrations and joys. Keep practicing and be persistent and you will find your periods of relaxation will increase.
Inevitably you will find your mind strays but dont be disappointed just bring your attention back to your breathing. You are gently training your mind to be more under your conscious control and this is just the beginning.
The foundations are being laid and as you practice and progress your meditation will become easier and feel more natural.
Well done! You have taken the first steps
